  • Ohh no! I bet it is hanging out with all of those missing left socks. Please contact me specifying which earring style needs to be replaced. I will do my best to replace it for you, but some designs may not be able to be remade due to limitations in bead color availability. There may be a fee for replacing your earring, depending on the situation. Fees will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • I am so sorry to hear that you had this issue. Cracking even one of those little glass beads can be detrimental to your earring, especially if it happens at the end of the fringe. Please send me an email explaining the issue and I will do my best to fix up your earring for you. There may be a fee for repairing your earring, depending on the situation. Fees will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
